Description:

The Olympians constructed many great Titans to construct their towers to the skies. Few titans remain animated today. Titan Themis, of law and order, balanced the tower planes into place with her shoulders. A plane mustn't lean down to Balor, nor up to skies. A level floor bequeaths the next level floor. This piece allows one to recover both HP and Mana when taking Ward damage.
